Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Art & Wallpapers (the "App"), an Android app that creates images and phone wallpapers from a text description, operated by AI Peeps Lab di Biscione Valerio, Via Fura 108, 25125 Brescia (BS), Italy ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. The App uses the same account as our AI Peeps service: your account, your images and your PeepCoins balance are shared between the App and AI Peeps. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for the activity on it.

2. What the App does

The App creates images from the description and style you choose, sized for your screen, and lets you save them or set them as your wallpaper. Images are created by AI models: results can be unexpected, may not match your description exactly, and similar descriptions can produce similar images for other users.

3. Content rules

The App is meant for safe, general-audience images. You must not use it to create, or try to create:

• nudity or sexual content;
• any content involving minors in a sexual or suggestive way;
• images of real, identifiable people, including celebrities, or content that impersonates someone;
• graphic violence or gore, hateful or harassing content, or content that promotes illegal activity;
• content that infringes the intellectual property of others, such as copyrighted characters or trademarks.

Prompts and created images are checked automatically. Requests that break these rules are refused, images that do not pass the checks are discarded (you are not charged for them), and accounts that repeatedly try to break these rules may be suspended or closed.

4. Reporting

Every image has a Report button. If an image created by the App is offensive or breaks these rules, please report it: reports are reviewed and help us improve our safety checks. You can also write to admin@aipeeps.com.

5. Your images

The images you create are private to your account: the App has no public feed and does not show them to other users. Subject to these Terms, you may use the images you create for personal purposes, including as your wallpaper. You are responsible for how you use and share them.

6. PeepCoins and purchases

Images are paid with PeepCoins, the virtual currency of your AI Peeps account. New accounts receive a welcome amount of PeepCoins. PeepCoins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used up when an image is created. Purchases made in the App are processed by Google Play under its terms; refund requests for them are handled according to Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Prices and the cost of an image may change; the cost is always shown before you create an image.

7. Availability

We work to keep the App available, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the App.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the App (Account → Delete account) or as described at aipeeps.com/delete-account. Deleting the account removes it from AI Peeps too. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For any question write to admin@aipeeps.com.
