Delete your account

AI Peeps: Chat & Create is published by AI Peeps Lab di Biscione Valerio. You can delete your account at any time, in one of these two ways.
1. From the App
- Open your user panel (tap your profile picture in the top bar) and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The deletion runs immediately and you are signed out.
2. By email
If you can no longer sign in, write to admin@aipeeps.com from the email address of your account, asking to delete it. We verify that the address matches the account and delete it within 30 days.
Deleting only part of your data
You do not have to delete your account to remove your data. In the App you can delete:
- Chats: from your chat list, together with their whole message history.
- Images and videos: from your creations.
- Peeps: from the profile page of a Peep you created.
Anything deleted this way is removed permanently.
What is deleted
- Your account, your profile and your sign-in record.
- All your chats and their message history.
- Your PeepCoins balance. PeepCoins are not refundable.
- Any active subscription is cancelled. A subscription bought through Google Play must also be cancelled in Google Play to stop its renewals.
What we keep, and for how long
- Peeps you shared and their pictures stay available to the users who chat with them, but they are no longer linked to you. If you want them removed, delete them before deleting your account, or ask us.
- Purchase and invoicing records: kept for the period required by Italian tax and accounting law (up to 10 years).
- A minimal record of the deletion (a one-way fingerprint of the email address and the date the account was created): kept only to prevent repeated abuse of welcome offers.
- Technical logs: deleted automatically after a limited period.
