This Privacy Policy explains how AI Peeps Lab di Biscione Valerio ("AI Peeps Lab", "we", "us") processes personal data of visitors to aipeepslab.com (the "Site"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and applicable Italian law.

The Site is intentionally minimal. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or any tracking technology, and we do not build user profiles.

• Contact form: our contact form does not transmit data to our servers. When you submit it, your own email application opens with a pre-filled message addressed to us. We only receive the data — your name, email address and the content of your message — if you actively choose to send that email.
• Email correspondence: if you email us (via the form or directly), we process the personal data you include in order to read and respond to your enquiry.
• Server logs: like most websites, our web server may temporarily record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for security and to keep the Site running.

• Responding to your enquiries — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Security and proper operation of the Site — legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Third-party services

The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address is necessarily transmitted to Google's servers. Google may process this data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

We keep email correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your request and for any subsequent business relationship, after which it is deleted. Technical server logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.
