These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website aipeepslab.com (the "Site"), operated by AI Peeps Lab di Biscione Valerio, Via Fura 108, 25125 Brescia (BS), Italy ("AI Peeps Lab", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational presence describing our services: the creation of high-end digital products and assets, including image and video rendering, game assets and custom generation pipelines. The Site does not, by itself, constitute an offer to enter into a contract.

2. Enquiries and engagements

Any enquiry made through the contact form or by email is an invitation for us to discuss a possible project. A binding engagement arises only once the scope, deliverables, price and timeline of a specific project are agreed separately in writing. Such agreements, where made, prevail over these Terms for the project concerned.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to AI Peeps Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written consent. Ownership of assets produced under a specific client engagement is governed by the relevant project agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or compromise its security or availability, or to access it by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Peeps Lab shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
