Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Peeps: Chat & Create (the "App"), an Android app where you create AI characters ("Peeps"), chat with them by text or voice, and create images and short videos of them. The App is operated by AI Peeps Lab di Biscione Valerio, Via Fura 108, 25125 Brescia (BS), Italy, VAT number 06062320657 ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You sign in with Google or with your email address. The App uses your AI Peeps account, so your Peeps, chats, images and PeepCoins balance belong to that account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for the activity on it. Do not share your account with others.

2. What the App does

The App lets you create Peeps, chat with them, and create images and videos of them. Peeps are fictional characters and their replies are written by AI models: they can be inaccurate, unexpected or simply wrong. A Peep is not a real person and does not give professional advice (medical, legal, financial or psychological). If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

3. Content rules

The App is meant for general-audience content. You must not use it to create, request or share:

• nudity or sexual content;
• any content that sexualises minors or presents a character as a minor in a suggestive way;
• images of real, identifiable people, including celebrities, or content that impersonates someone;
• graphic violence or gore, hateful or harassing content, or content that promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
• content that infringes the intellectual property of others, such as copyrighted characters or trademarks.

Messages, prompts and generated media are checked automatically. Requests that break these rules are refused or answered with a neutral reply, media that do not pass the checks are not shown, and accounts that repeatedly try to break these rules may be suspended or closed.

4. Child safety

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and for any sexualisation of minors. Such content is blocked, the related accounts are closed, and where required we report it to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). To report a concern write to admin@aipeeps.com.

5. Reporting

You can report a Peep, an image or a chat message with the Report option in the App. Reports are reviewed, and we remove content and act on accounts that break these Terms. You can also write to admin@aipeeps.com.

6. Your content

You are responsible for the Peeps, prompts and messages you create. You keep your rights in them and give us the licence needed to store, process and show them in order to run the App: for example, to generate replies and media, to keep your chat history, and, if you choose to share a Peep, to show it to other users. Your chats and private Peeps are not shown to other users. Subject to these Terms, you may use the images and videos you create for personal purposes. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other users.

7. PeepCoins and purchases

Images, videos and some other features are paid with PeepCoins, the virtual currency of your AI Peeps account. PeepCoins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used up when you spend them. Purchases made in the App are processed by Google Play under its terms; refund requests for them are handled according to Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Subscriptions bought through Google Play renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Prices and costs may change; the cost is always shown before you spend PeepCoins.

8. Availability

We work to keep the App available, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the App, including the AI models, the Peeps available to chat with, and prices.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time, as described in Delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For any question write to admin@aipeeps.com.
